Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train weather observers and interns
- Ensure accurate and timely weather observations and data collection
- Maintain weather instruments and station facilities
- Coordinate research projects and educational programs
- Manage budgets and resources for summit operations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in extreme weather conditions
- Collaborate with partner organizations and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operational meteorology
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical fitness to work in high-altitude, extreme weather environments
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of meteorological instruments and data analysis
- Proficiency in weather forecasting and climate research
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Experience
