Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train weather observers and interns
  • Ensure accurate and timely weather observations and data collection
  • Maintain weather instruments and station facilities
  • Coordinate research projects and educational programs
  • Manage budgets and resources for summit operations
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in extreme weather conditions
  • Collaborate with partner organizations and government agencies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational meteorology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Physical fitness to work in high-altitude, extreme weather environments
Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of meteorological instruments and data analysis
