This role involves designing information architectures, navigation models, and interfaces, advocating for the human experience, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design clear, high-impact, and intuitive experiences for weather applications
- Create information architectures, navigation models, and interfaces
- Map out user flows, use cases, and systems for new products
- Simplify complex problem spaces into clear stories and actionable proposals
- Collaborate with team members to push concepts further
- Present designs and navigate through review cycles
- Work with engineers and QA to ensure proper implementation of designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer
- Solid portfolio demonstrating skill and ability to speak confidently about work
- Critical thinking, creativity, and strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency in applying visual design principles to new interfaces
- Understanding of design systems and patterns
Skills
- Visual and interaction design

- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Illustrator)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience
5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer
